Yes, the Manfrotto MSQ6PL Quick Release Plate for Q6 Top Lock System will fit the Nikon Z50 Mirrorless Camera. The FTZ II adapter will not get in the way. With the original FTZ adapter you can attach the plate directly to the adapter.

Will this give my Manftottov498RC2 arcs compatibility so I can use my TAMRON 70-200 gl 2.8 lens??
