Natively, these would only properly mount to EF/EF-S systems and lenses. However, you could use these with the EF-RF adapter, with potentially some loss of autofocus reliability.

I’m not sure William, but it looks like it won’t fit in a mirrorless EOS R because it uses a RF mount.

Will i still have access to manual focus and will i still have access to aperture and will i still have access to ISO?
yes, this set of macro tubes extends the electrical contacts from the camera body to the lens (which is really important).So all of you Lens functionality will carry through. Be VERY careful of these contacts, and make sure that your auto focus and aperture work first (which is about the only time you will use that little button near the base of the camera that we all nearly forget about. )
