It is made from the same waterproof, breathable, lightweight poly tricot material as the LensCoat RainCoat 2. It includes a tether to attach it to the RainCoat and can also be folded and stored in the pouch of that product. Tape-sealed seams help keep the elements out so that your gear remains protected. The RainCap Small covers lenses with front diameters of up to 5.25", and can be adjusted for a tight fit by using the bungee cord closure. This product features the Realtree Max4 color scheme and is made in the USA.

Is this cap too large to fit a Nikon Z 24-70 F2.8 lens and lens hood? lens diameter looks to be about 4.25". thanks

This LensCoat RainCap Small would be fine for the Nikon Z 24-70mm f/2.8.

question

I have a smaller Sony a6000 mirror-less camera with a variety of lenses; all but one small than 67mm. Will this work?
Asked by: Dave
No, it's too big. This is for a 300mm 2.8, the front diameter of this kind of lenses is about 110mm.

question

What is the difference to the Lenscoat cap that comes with the lens protection package (not rain)?
Asked by: Jie
I don't think I understand your question but I can tell you the cover is excellent. I used it in the Oregon rain and I was so glad I had it. I would recommend to have one in your kit.
