Does your PC lighting control software support MIDI? If so then yes, you could use these faders. If it only supports DMX, then no, this is not a DMX compatible controller.

can this be used for controlling organ drawbars and other various synth keyboard controlls through a daw?
Yes with the ICON Digital i Controls Mini USB MIDI Controller you can control drawbars and other various keyboard EFX and parameters as long as they are in your DAW. You would not be able to control an arranger for example that was not a virtual instrument. As long as it lives in your DAW you will be fine.
