LaCie is excited to announce its latest mass storage solution, the 8big Pro5 RAID array. This compact and fast storage system is designed for creatives needing some extra space, fast data transfer speeds, and enhanced reliability.
Consisting of eight storage bays, the 8big Pro5 comes in 32TB, 64TB, 128TB, 192TB, and 256TB configurations and can be set in 0/1/5/6/10/50/60, and JBOD configurations. The included LaCie RAID manager setup also provides a safer and easier way to set up and monitor your drives. Of course, LaCie includes a limited warranty with Rescue Data Recovery Services in the event of a catastrophic failure.
The 8big Pro5 leverages Thunderbolt 5 technology, providing you with data transfer speeds up to 120 Gb/s. It is also compatible with Thunderbolt 4 equipped devices with scalable data bandwidth for ultimate compatibility. Four ports are available for daisy-chain, hub, and Power Delivery capabilities.
