Announced: Denon DJ LC6000 Prime Premium DJ Controller and Sub-Layer Controller

Infused with technology and design elements from the flagship SC6000 Prime media player, the Denon DJ LC6000 Prime is not only a professional DJ controller, but also a sub-layer controller for Denon’s SC5000, SC5000M, SC6000, and SC6000M players, making it a premium performance expansion controller for DJs and remixers in the club circuit. Plus, you can incorporate multiple LC6000 Prime units to create an expanded and highly tactile setup.

As a DJ controller, the bus-powered LC6000 Prime offers easy USB plug-and-play control of one or more decks in popular DJ applications, including Serato DJ Pro, Virtual DJ, and Algoriddim djay Pro AI. As a sub-layer controller, it delivers dedicated hardware control for the second layer of Denon’s innovative SC Series media players, which boast separate outputs for each layer. Regardless of how you use it, you’ll feel right at home on it, since it sports the same visual style and feel as the SC6000 Prime.

There’s a large 8.5" jog wheel, complete with sturdy metal construction, capacitive touch control, tension adjustment, and a high-resolution 3.5" color display that shows play head position, vital performance info, and either track art or a custom logo. Combine that with the track search touch strip and you have powerful and efficient control over your tracks.

Furthering your creative options is the pad section, a row with eight color-coded, multifunction performance pads for Hot Cue, Loop, Roll, Slicer, and more. Additionally, the LC6000 Prime grants you dedicated loop and navigation control, pitch bend buttons, and a 100mm dual-precision pitch fader to ensure flexible, intuitive performance on the fly.

Whether you run a laptop-based DJ rig or a stand-alone system with compatible Denon DJ media players, the LC6000 Prime empowers you with a fluid, club-style layout, pro-level workflows, and high-grade components.
