Can the inner tubing spin 360 degrees when you unlock it and raise it up so you can get the angle that you want without moving the base? Like a C-Stand?
Asked by: Blaine
The monitor mounting plates are able to rotate so you can aim the speakers at the desired angle while the telescoping shaft is locked at the preferred height.

will the legs fit under a couch. how thick are the legs?
Asked by: Clif
The steel tubing for the legs is approximately 1.5" thick and around 2" at the ends with the rubber feet included. Whether or not it would fit under a couch depends on the amount of space between your floor and the bottom of the couch.

Do the rubber tips come off the feet? I assume they do as I think says they also come with spikes for carpet, but I,m wanting to fill the three legs with sand, and reason this can’t work?
Asked by: Steven
Not sure if the rubber items that cover the feet come off. They may not. But these stands are very sturdy and hold very heavy Yamaha studio speakers. Don't think you need to but sand inside.

question

Does the speaker attach to the stand in some way, or just sit on top? I saw someone mentioned a lip ? Thanks.
Asked by: Timothy
The speaker sits on top. You can strap the speaker on (no strap comes with), but with the speakers I use, the weight of the speaker is enough to make it secure on the stand.
