Rotational molding is a three-stage heating process that results in evenness all around the edges of the case. The polyethylene material is inserted into a mold, and then gradually rotated until the material sticks to the edges of the mold in an even pattern. Once cooled, this plastic material forms a strong bond that minimizes sagging and potential collapse.

Great case for the price - has locking loop now

Old reviews and old pictures show it doesnt have a way to lock the top to the bottom - this isnt current.  I just got the 42 version and it has a place to lock the top to the bottom.  Using a small TSA lock on it.  Great case.

Fits our O'Connor legs well. I could probably leave the fluid head on without trouble if I wanted. Durable, and love that it has rollers.

Well made, sturdy case

I couldn't be happier with this case. It's very well built and has plenty of room inside with padded a top and bottom. The only downside is that there's no way to lock to top to the case base. Otherwise, great piece.

Wheels! I need ship light stands to location video shoots on a regular basis through UPS or FedEx. I had been using another brand but then discovered this case. In addition to being the right size and durable - it has wheels! Sold. They make it much easer to handle.

I bought this for a Miller 1737 system tripod and fluid head. Fits like an charm. Thick-walled construction. Haven't put too many miles on it yet, so I can't say how the wheels will hold up over the long-term. Not mentioned in the description, but does need to be pointed out: This tripod case is like most others, in that it is adjustable, and should accommodate tripods from 42 UP TO 46. Not sure why that was overlooked in the original description, but is worth noting.

From the looks of it the fasteners are only buckles and does not appear to lock on this model.

Does Sachtler 0370 Aluminum Tripod System with FSB 4 Head, DA 75 L Legs, Ground Spreader fit in this case?

I would say it will fit with a lot of room to spare.I use mine with and Sachler cf100 speedlock set if sticks and a O'connor 1030 head and still have room for a few extra thing when flying.
