Hoya EVO Antistatic Circular Polarizer Filter (49mm)
Key Features
  • Minimize Reflections and Glare
  • Reduces Haze and Blue Cast in Landscapes
  • Enhances Color and Tonal Saturation
  • 18-Layer Super Multicoating
The 49mm EVO Antistatic Circular Polarizer Filter from Hoya helps reduce reflections and glare by filtering out light that has become polarized due to reflection from a non-metallic surface. This results in a noticeable increase in the saturation of skies and foliage, as well as clearer imagery when photographing in hazy conditions. A circular polarizer differs from a linear polarizer in that it supports full use of a camera's autofocus and autoexposure functions.

question

What's the difference between the Hoya EVO line and FUSION line of circular polarizers? This is very confusing.
Asked by: Michael
The EVO series are designed for sale in the US markets, while the Fusion line is sold outside the US. There is no difference between the two filter lines physically.
