Dracast LED1000 Pro Tungsten Reviews

Great quality!

I'm no stranger to video production equipment in my line of work, but this is simply the best LED light I've ever come across. Sometimes I'm on the set for hours at a time, but this light never fails me in terms of accurate color rendering, no matter how long I run it. I've never gotten any flicker from it, either, and I've tried a lot of lights in my time! The best part is that it doesn't get super hot, meaning no one is sweating on camera and getting super uncomfortable. For my money, I definitely recommend the Dracast LED 1000. It's been a lifesaver!

Do these have the LCD screen on the back?
Asked by: Dan
Based on the description and the information from the company site, it should not. The "Plus" version should. On the other hand, I ordered the "Pro" as a kit but got what appear to be "Plus" lights as they have the LCD display. Not that it matters, the LCD readouts are not accurate enough for the information to be of any use. You will need a colorimeter if you want to know what colour temperature you are at.

question

How long does the battery last?
Asked by: Anonymous
It depends on the battery. All the batteries for any of our lights come in a variety of capacities. The basic formula is: One Watt-hour (Wh) powers one Watt for one hour.So for the LED1000 Pro (all versions), which pulls 60 Watts, if you had a V-mount battery that had 90 Wh, it would power the light for approximately 90 minutes at full brightness (more if the light was dimmed down at all). // Also, if there are any other technical or product related questions, feel free to contact us directly at any time at [email protected]
