Will this fit on an omd em1?
It should do, yes, as I believe the OMD EM1 is also micro four thirds. It's a great little adapter, comes in handy for the old school lenses - I use it I on my gh4 which is also m43's and it works great

is there a setting for zero ND? or is it only ND2 to ND1000(?)
No, there isn't any zero ND position of the adjustment ring. Even in the MAX position (max. transparency) you lose some light. Between MIN and MAX you can adjust the transparency fluently.
