Avenger Minimax Reviews
It simply works
I use this for my Aputure NOVA P300c - which is quite heavy.. but this stand is fantastic and with a sandbag can hold a serious amount of weight securely.
Best light stand out there!
I have owned and used a LOT of different light stands. This one is the best by far. Very sturdy even when fully extended. Wide base for stability. Well made and fairly compact and light for its size.
Really Light and Strong
I purchased these stands to go with my new Luxli Timpiani LED lights. They are strong. I have no fear of walking away with these stands supporting my lights. The best part of handling the stands is that the weight is not an issue. Carry and move them all day long without getting tired.
Avenger light stand
I originally purchased a less expensive stand, but not realizing that that I if had to put a mono light on it I was afraid it won’t hold. So, this is the second Avenger light stand I purchased, no comparison in attainable height, weight and construction build. Don’t skimp on something that might tip over, worth every dollar I spent. Awesome stand
I've used one of these stands for over 20 years and they are awesome. We'll built and sturdy enough for heavy monolights. Highly recommend over cheaper brands.
Versatile and Portable
I have owned this stand for around 10 years and I use it for a lot of different tasks: mounting a light, holding bounce boards and sound blankets, and supporting a sound boom pole for seated interviews. It's sturdy but light, and folds compactly so it's the stand I always reach for when a c-stand is overkill. The build quality is high--it's just like new, 10 years on. The knobs are smooth and their grip on the columns is firm. This is a stand of the highest quality.

Perfect for my work
I use at least a half dozen of these workhorses in my studio. I use them both on location and for studio sessions. They have been stable, sturdy and reliable.
