Canon's third generation 12x36 IS III Image Stabilized Binoculars feature the proprietary IS system adapted from the lens systems to create this compact optic that compensates for hand-shake to make them ideal for a long day of bird or nature watching and sporting events. I saw the Q&A about the technical differences between this and the previous version. But what does this mean in terms of image quality? Will the view through the III actually look better than through the II? Will an ordinary user (me) really be able to notice a difference? How much of a difference? Many thanks.
It's a small difference. There is just newer coatings on the lens. In low light settings you also might see a brightness difference to some extent.

I have tried the 10x30s and I can focus them ...
I have tried the 10x30s and I can focus them without my glasses for my very near sided eyes. Can I expec the same with the 12x36es?
They both has the same 14.5mm eye relief and +3 to -3 diopter so the focusing is the same.
