What kind of tripod would this quick release plate work with?
You're not asking the right question. This quick release is for use with a Arca Swiss type tripod head which could be mounted on almost any tripod. Although the term Arca Swiss can and is used as a general term for a specific design that is made by many manufactures. I use this quick release plate mounted on my Canon to mount to my Arca Swiss Zi and P0 ball heads ;which are mounted on Gitzo tripods.
