Have you seen the 2-stop versions doubled for a 4-stop version?
Hi, I have on several occasions used the double net, doubled. It reduces the exterior light a little under 3 stops. The trade off off is that it does also read in the camera as making the background a bit "fuzzy"
I noticed that another person responded saying the the frame is not designed to mount two scrim- this is true- but it is quite easy to mount another using spring clamps. Or you can just invest in a second gram and stack them.
This is what I do a lot in NYC for window shots when there isn't time for ND.

question
is the net large enough that it would create a pattern on the subject if you used it between the sun and subject...ie not behind the subject but using it to cut down the light on the subject....does that make sense ?
This fabric would not produce a pattern, but rather it would just reduce the amount of light hitting the subject.
