Is this compatible with laowa 65mm macro lens?
No. At this time, Fuji teleconverters work with a handful of Fuji lenses (they have a 60mm, not a 65). The lenses that it works with are the XF 50-140, the XF 100-400, and the Professional XF 200mm prime, although that lens comes pre-packaged with a 1.4x TC. My understanding is that the teleconverters will also be compatible with some of the new soon to be released telephoto lenses. As always, check on Fujifilm’s websites for the most up to date info.

Why does this only work with 2 lenses??? I have a 55 - 200 I'd like to use it with.
Typically tele converters are made for a select few pro series lenses and this is no exception. The physical makeup of the converter is limited to certain lenses, the rear element of the converter is too long for many lenses.

No it will not work with the 18-135mm lens.It will only work with the XF80mmF2.8 R LM OIS WR Macro, XF 100-400mm, xf 50-140mm and the XF 200mm F2 (coming end of 2018)

Can these be stacked?
Good question, but the simple answer is not recommended . The reason is that any teleconverter optical stack is optimized to work with a specific set of lens. There is always a bit of a light gathering loss involved. Rather than double stacking, I recommend saving your hard earned money until you can afford the telephoto lens needed and you'll be much happier with your final images.
