Am I able to stack these on top of another one that doesn't have casters. Is there a way to secure that?
You can remove the casters on the Auray ERS and stack them but there is no way to secure them to each other.

When assembling, are the vertical corner column positions adjustable so I can set the required equipment mounting depth I need?
The pre-drilled holes for the vertical corner columns of the Auray ERS-16U Steel Equipment Rack are not adjustable, but you can select to use the mounting holes for 10-32 or 12-24 screws. The full assembly instructions are shown in the user manual: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/lit_files/654187.pdf
