The Celestron EclipSmart 50 50mm f/7.2 Alt-Az Solar Telescope is a complete rig for eclipse or general solar viewing. Yes, the dovetail contains a threaded 1/4"-20 hole, so it can be attached to a standard tripod with a 1/4"-20 screw.
