This Slim Tripod from Benro is constructed from carbon fiber to minimize weight, supports up to 8.8 lb, and includes an Arca-type ball head with quick release plate. Designed to conserve space during storage and transport, the tripod measures 20.1" long and 3.2" wide when folded. Its 4-section legs each feature an independent spread, a 3-position angle lock, half-turn twist locks for rapid deployment, and a rubber foot to enhance stability on a wide variety of surfaces. Together, the three legs can be extended and spread to raise the tripod from a minimum height of 15.7" to a maximum height of 48.4" or 57.6" with its push-and-pull, rapid center column fully raised.

This Benro Slim tripod is rated at a maximum load capacity of 8.8 lb and will hold whatever cameras, lenses, flashes, etc. that you have below that weight limit. Because it is also a slim carbon-fiber tripod it is not very stabilized in heavy wind, snow, rain, hail, rivers etc. Take a look at B&H # BETAD28CB2 as an alternative.

The column on the Benro TSL08CN00 Slim Carbon-Fiber Tripod with Ball Head can be removed and turned upside down for low angle shooting if you remove the column completely there is no place for the tripod head to attach.
