The included fabric grid attaches to the front of the softbox via touch-fasteners. I now have 3 of these, and don't ever use my larger ones any more. The square shape is very convenient and it's a little deeper than others I've tried. The grid fits well, and although it does reduce light quite a bit, it creates a much tighter pattern that's handy if you're trying to control the placement a bit.

I do not know what Aputure 60x is. It will fit all studio lights with Bowens mount. If you do not know what that is most likely it will not fit.

Yes, you can use it with speedlights but you have to buy a bracket. I bought this one: Godox S-Type Speedlite Bracket for Bowens.

No gel holder that I know of, but if you are using a strobe, you could just tape it to the front of your strobe.
