The Softbox with Bowens Speed Ring and Grid from Godox is a 35.4 x 35.4" modifier that fits full size Godox flash heads or other brands that have the widely used Bowens front accessory mount. Good for all types of photo work, the softbox renders a soft, flattering quality of light with open shadows and manageable contrast. The included fabric grid attaches to the front of the softbox via touch-fasteners. The grid provides directional control of the output, keeps light off the background, and allows you to light specific areas of your subject.

Godox SB-NBM 9090 Reviews
Pain to setup
It does the job. I just with there was an easier way to set it up.
It's a beast.
As the headline states it is a beast, to assemble and disassemble. I bought 2ea 36x48 and 2ea 35.4 x 345.4. As far as performance goes they worked absolutely just great. I needed these because I had to have these exact precises sizes for what I'm doing. If you have never used one you can go on YouTube and they will show you how to assemble it , and disassemble it. The is fair but you do need to purchase the speed ring. Only because I have to use these particular type of soft boxes on remote shoots, if they ever make a pop-up version I will be sell these ones off. Assemble time is about 10 to 15 and the same for disassembly. That's the only draw back.
Great Value/Quality Softbox
A soft box that comes with a speed ring and a grid at this price point is hard to beat.
Great, but not perfect.
Materials and lighting quality are great. But it takes a bit more effort to set up/tear down than more expensive brands. Not a big deal unless you're a professional who has to pack this stuff often.
Great softbox
Had to figure out how to put it together since I never put one together before. Once I got it, its very easy to assemble and take apart. I like it a lot and will get more Godox products in the future.
Price is good
These are a complete pain to mount into the speed ring, but they are really affordable and good quality.
Nice size for interviews & goes together easily
This makes a great supplement to the 48 hexagon softbox when you want a bit more control over spill. I was surprised at how easily the Godox version goes together (easier than the Aputure alternative, which we have in another studio), and the included diffusion material and grid are easy to manage. The diffusion works as it should, and the grid is excellent for preventing spill onto backdrops. The box doesn't feel quite rugged enough for a lot of location shoots, but for fixed studio settings, this is an inexpensive option for good lighting control.
Inexpensive
My first softbox, so I didn't want to spend too much. Be aware that there are no instructions on how to assemble or disassemble this. If you're new to softboxes, you'll need to hunt down some videos online to understand what to do.
