I now have 3 of these, and don't ever use my larger ones any more. The square shape is very convenient and it's a little deeper than others I've tried. The grid fits well, and although it does reduce light quite a bit, it creates a much tighter pattern that's handy if you're trying to control the placement a bit.

Yes the Godox Softbox with Bowens Speed Ring and Grid (35.4 x 35.4") BH #GOSBNBM9090 has a Bowens speed ring and the Godox UL 150 IIBI has the Bowens mount so they will connect together and nothing else is needed to do so.

This softbox uses a standard speedring. You will need to remove the rods from the ring and then fold the box.
