I am considering the PD Slide for my Sony A7 with 200-600 mm lens. Is it advisable to get a shoulder strap pad for comfort?
The Peak Design Slide Camera Strap (Ash Gray) is very comfortable to use and not really made to use a shoulder pad with it. It is fine when used with the Sony A7 and a 200-600 mm lens.

Question about the little connector slider ...
Question about the little connector slider plates: how sturdy are the strings? Can these be easily cut? I know the carry weight is substantial.. I'm thinking in terms of theft. Thanks!
The strings are sturdy BUT they can be cut easily. This strap holds a lot of weight but it is not slated as an anit theft strap.

I'm ordering the Slide Strap and I'm debating between the 1.3" or 1.8" version. I have a D750 and a D7000. My largest lens is a 150-600mm, but I mostly shoot with a 24-120mm and a series of small prime lenses. Any thoughts on which width would be more comfortable?
Given your gear, I would recommend the 1.8" strap.

I have a Contax T2, Would this fit it?
I have a Contax T2, Would this fit it?
The Contax T2 35mm Film Camera only has one strap connector, as it is a small point-and-shoot camera. It was not designed for use with neck straps. A better solution for your usage needs would be to purchase either the Peak Design Cuff Camera Wrist Strap (Black), B&H # PECFBL3, or the OP/TECH USA Cam Strap-QD (Black), B&H # OPSCQDB, for your usage needs. If you do wish to use the Peak Design SL-BK-3 Slide Camera Strap (Black), B&H # PESLBK3, you would have to connect the anchor connector for both strap ends onto the same strap connector on the camera. As I do not know if there is enough room on the strap connector for two anchor connectors, and as the camera has been discontinued and is no longer avaialble, you would just have to try it to see if it works; we have no way of testing this without the camera. If it does not work, we do have a 30-Day Return Policy so you may return the strap for an exchange or a refund.
