What are accessories that must brought along with k12.2 speakers ? Help me out with quick response
It comes with the bag so all you would need, is the cable to connect it from your audio source, if a subwoofer is being used a cable to connect to it and a pole to place it above the woofer. If there's no woofer a stand for the speaker is recommended.

Other than cables, if you don't already have them, or some mounting options such as a stand or wall mount, if you indeed want to mount them, there is nothing else that is absolutely necessary.
Under the recommended accessory section, you will find some cables, stands, or mounting hardware that will work with these speakers.

Technically (based purely on the specs), the Alto Professional TS415 2500W is slightly more powerful/louder than the QSC K12.2 Two-Way 12" 2000W Powered Portable PA Speaker with Integrated Speaker Processor.

Do any of the K8.2, K10.2 or even the K12.2 have phantom power going to any of the inputs?
No. The MIC input does not provide phantom power. I use a small mixer in combination with the speakers when using a condenser microphone.
