The MP-284C Carbon Fiber Monopod from Leofoto is a four-section camera support with a maximum height of 65". The 1.3 lb monopod is constructed with a 10-layer carbon fiber weave and designed to hold up to 39.7 lb. Featuring a comfortable foam grip and wrist strap for a secure grip, this monopod is capable of supporting cameras with large telephoto lenses. The rubber foot prevents it from sliding on smooth surfaces and is removable so you can replace it with a separately available steel claw, spike, or other accessory to get the best traction on any given terrain. When not in use, turn the ergonomic twist locks to collapse the support to 20.6" for easy transport and storage. The threaded mounting stud on the top of the monopod features a reversible 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 screw, making it universal for most cameras and lenses.

This monopod is fantastic. When I ordered was a bit concerned about the twist lock. They are great with a minimal twist they are tight and secure with no slippage. My lens is a Sigma 150 x 600, the pod handles the weight without any issues. Highly recommend. Great value for the dollar.

Does this monopod fit a Canon 70-200mm 2.8 Zoom lens?
This Monopod can support the weight of that lens with a camera. It has the threading to connect directly to your lens as well. Though you may want to use a head on this. You can find an assortment of suitable Monopod Heads at the link here. https://bhpho.to/3aLg1Ff
