Can you turn the red LED on and off without any risk of cycling through the white LEDs? Asking because in night photography I’ll catch a lot of grief from the rest of the group if my white light comes on.
Yes – red can be used without ever switching to white.
First press will activate low red. Next press immediately after will activate high red. Next press is off.
White low requires a full 1-second-press-and-hold to “skip” over the red mode. Next press immediately after will activate white high. Next press is off.
