Used on lightweight tripod as a walking cane.

Due to a chronic disease, I cannot walk very far, and cannot carry more than a camera. I also use a cane when walking. I use this handle attached to a lightweight carbon fiber tripod with the legs together as a walking cane. I then sit or stand, remove the handle and mount the camera to the tripod to take photos or videos.

The Magnus MHA-01 Monopod Handle Adapter (B&H# MAMHA01) is made of a hard polymer on the inside for strength and durability, but a softer material on the outside for comfort during extended use. While its many reviews are the best testament to that, it may also be helpful to review the photos of the product being gripped in someone's hand to see how to get it to fit just about anyone's fingers correctly.

Does the handle have the screw to allow use with ...

Does the handle have the screw to allow use with a camera while attached or do you have to revive it to attach the camera?

It looks like you could screw a ball head or other camera-attachment device into the unused socket, but it would probably be better to take off the handle and mount the camera directly on the monopod.
