The 1.4 TC comes with the lens. It works now with two other Lumix Leica lenses, the 50-200 and the 100-400 v2. In tests the 1.4 TC has exceptional quality and does not degrade the image quality at all. The 1.4 TC is very expensive on the used market since apparently it is not sold separately. The 2.0 TC works with these three lenses as well.

I don't own any of these lenses. still analyzing which would be best for mi intended use as well as the 100/400 Panasonic/leica zoom. Sharpness wise a prime will always beat a zoom. Between the 200 pan/leica and the Olympus 300 I'd go with the one that matches your camera brand (Olympus or Panasonic) I assume. The reach difference in favor of the Olympus is almost null with the included leica 1.4 x Tele extender plus the faster speed makes the leica a no brainer if you have a Lumix camera
