Mount your Leica M-mount lens on a Nikon Z-mount mirrorless camera with this Novoflex Lens Adapter. This adapter has a simple, fully manual, and durable all-metal design for intuitive and straightforward use. While this adapter will maintain infinity focus and the use of aperture priority metering, it does not relay electronic communication between the camera and lens.

Novoflex NIKZ/LEM Reviews
Works perfectly with Leica and Zeiss lenses on my Z5
If you use M lenses on a Z camera this is it
Works
So far no issues in terms of functionality. I have my first images through my Z8 and Z9 using my M-mount lenses and the images are as expected. I do have two nits to pick which is why I have this at 4 stars. The first is - like most adapters from 3rd parties - this feels like it is a barely acceptable fit in the mount. My copy feels like it is really tight and it requires a bit of torque to get on and off. The second issue is the design of the lens release on the adapter itself. When you have certain lenses mounted it is challenging to press the button to release the lens if you have large hands. Making the adapter just a tiny bit larger would likely solve this problem. As it is, I am carrying a flathead screwdriver in my camera bag now to help with pressing the release button.
