B&H put together this Genaray Hex Lighting 36" Soft Strip 6-Light Standard Kit with Light Stands to offer image-makers a complete setup to create a signature look with the help of this unique source. The kit includes six of the 5600K lights, which have a CRI of 95 and a TLCI of 98.3. Each 36" strip light comes with barndoors and a dimmer control box with a V-mount battery plate. The kit comes with five, heavy-duty, 9.5', air-cushioned stands and a boom stand that extends up to 12.95 feet, great for overhead lighting. Additionally, there is a 2-section backlight stand for low-angle lighting work. Seven, filled, 15-pound sandbags are included to stabilize the stands and fixtures. Hang lights where you like with the two included Super Clamps with snap-in 5/8" pins.

The light has color temperature that's a solid, daylight-balanced 5600K, with a high CRI/TLCI rating of 95/98.3, an indicator of precise color rendering. Using the included dimmer, light intensity is variable from 100 to 10%, avoiding moving the fixture back and forth to achieve the desired illumination level.
The SSL-36 runs barely warm to the touch, allowing you to work close to the subject without causing discomfort or hot light hazards. The power-saving light produces an output of 1284 lux at 3' while consuming just 56W of power, helping you keep the temperature of your set and your operational costs down.
The long strip fixture can be used vertically or horizontally for dramatic results. In vertical orientation, the SSL-36 is ideal for use as a sidelight or for dramatic lighting. It also creates long, elegant reflections when shooting products. In horizontal mode, the light has a wraparound quality with appealing falloff at the top and bottom of the frame. Another use is overhead as a hair light.
The SSL-36 has a beam angle coverage of 68 degrees, which can be modified and controlled by its two-way barndoors. The fixture comes with a multi-voltage adapter that makes it ready for world use, but it can also run on optional V-Mount batteries when AC power is unavailable. A carrying case is included to store and transport the light.
This Impact Heavy-Duty Air-Cushioned Light Stand is a black anodized aluminum support that rises to a height of 9.5' and folds down to 42" for storage and transport. The stand will handle up to 22 lb and is topped with a removable 5/8" spigot with 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads. It has a wide footprint of 52" for greater stability. Air cushioning gently lowers the light when making height adjustments to protect equipment and fingers.

This 3' Impact Back Light Stand consists of a base and riser. Use the lower part as a base to place a mounted light at floor or table level, as low as 5.5". Add the extension to the base to raise the height of the light from 22.8" (57.9 cm) to a maximum of 3' (90 cm). The stand is constructed of black anodized aluminum.
The Impact Super Clamp with Ratchet Handle is a versatile multigrip tool made of lightweight cast aluminum alloy. With a load capacity of 33 lb, it can hold a wide variety of items such as cameras, lights, umbrellas, hooks, shelves, plate glass, cross bars, and other Super Clamps.
The Super Clamp can be securely mounted on any tube or pipe from 0.5" to 2.1" and is supplied with a wedge insert for clamping onto flat surfaces. The ratchet handle allows you to disengage and tighten it down from any angle, a very handy feature when using the clamp in tight quarters that don't allow 360° rotation. A snap-in hex socket holds 5/8" accessories such as the supplied hex stud with 1/4"-20 screw.
The 4.7" black 5/8" Snap-In Pin for Super Clamps from Impact has a 5/8" (16mm) non-threaded spigot attachment on one end, and the hexagonal Super Clamp-type fitting on the other. It can be used to connect a lighting fixture that has a 5/8" female receptor to a Super Clamp. It is constructed from aluminum and comes finished in black.
