Godox V1 Reviews

Powerful enough for almost any event and use case!

Second time we bought a V1, only this time it is Nikon and not for Canon. This lens, even in 2026 is still the best choice, best value for money and saving—Godox truly creates remarkable flashlights. This light can also be used for ocf for creative results. Do not be limited to on-camera usage, if you have another or a remote trigger. I had attached an example for anyone finding it hard to decide on how effective and reliable the flash is. The attached images where created using the magnetic round grid(honeycomb grid), though it was taken with the Canon compatible we bought in the past, it is the same flash, just for Nikon cameras and that was triggered by an Xpro remote trigger to light up my subject, and for the groom with groomsmen, the grid was used to focus the light on the groom and reduce light spill on anyone else—my emphasis was to draw the viewers to the groom. Curious to try the V100. Thank you B&H for a great service that I never regretted since 2015, as far as my purchases are shipped to Namibia in Africa. Truly grateful to a friendly team.

Works Great!

How can I secure this flash unit in a bracket to put into a softbox on a lightstand?
Asked by: Out d'Box
Most softboxes that are made for shoe mount flashes will come with the necessary speed ring by which to attach the flash to a stand. The Westcott Rapid Box Switch Octa-S Softbox 26" B&H # WE2521 and Westcott Rapid Box Switch / Beauty Dish Switch Insert for Profoto A1 Flash B&H # WE2540 would be some suitable options for you to use. https://bhpho.to/2Jb1OnJ https://bhpho.to/30aSnu6

s the the Godox V1 flash compatible with the pocketwizard III for off camera flash?
Asked by: Skip
Above we see yes and we see no as an answer. But in the end, is the answer yes or no? I am ok with a manual setting. All I want is to use a pocket wizard transmitter attached to my camera and a receiver connected to the Godox V1 flash, just to trigger it. Manual settings, no TTL. Is that possible?
