The 13.4 x 12.7 x 3" GVM-50RS RGB LED Light Panel from GVM is a compact light source with a wide color range from a warm 3200K to daylight 5600K to meet any ambient light challenge, match other fixtures, or just for creative expression. The light's high CRI/TLCI rating of 95 is an indicator of accuracy in rendering color. The 50RS also has an RGB Mode (Red, Green, Blue) with 0 to 100% saturation control that gives you access to literally millions of color combinations for fine-tuning and customizing the light's output. You can make adjustments on the fixture but you can also make them wirelessly via a free iOS or Android App.

These are 50w LED. It would depend on the time of the day and the distance from subject to light. In many cases this LED would not be enough to overpower the sun.
