Really happy with this product, but I may end up picking up some additional third-party velcro-pad dividers - wish this came with one or two more included.

I bought this for lens storage and the occasional transport. It is basic need but this bag is perfectly suited. It is no muss, no fuss but quite well made. I would give it a 5/5 but one thing that would be nice is if included more than two of the little velcro straps to hold things in place.

will the shallow version of the small icu hold a sony a7r iii + L bracket + 70-200gm2 mounted and a gm16-35?

f-stop Shallow ICU (Black, Small) will fit your Sony A7R III camera with the Sony FE 70-200mm f/2.8 GM OSS II Lens attached and the Sony FE 16-35mm f/2.8 GM Lens. The L bracket and the lens hood on reverse will make a tied fit.

Would it fit an R5 with RF14-35 F4, EF24-70 F4 with RF adaptor attached, and RF70-200 F4? or is the small pro a better choice?

Yes, f-stop Shallow ICU (Black, Small) will fit on the top compartment of WANDRD PRVKE 31 Backpack. The fit is very tight and you could only access some of the equipment in the insert.
