The service was great. I usually order on line, but I went on vacation to NY and decided to drop in. I'm glad I did. I've never seen a photo store this great. And the customer service was fantastic. I ordered my frames and had; them mailed home. Got them very quickly. I wish I could remember the customer rep's name who helped me. He made it so easy.
