Hi. I do not believe a mounted photo would fit in this frame. We used unmounted prints.

I have a picture inside the frame since 1987 and I now wants to remove the picture from the frame. How do I do this? The model is Rinx and its 12 X 9 Thank you.

Sorry but I don't know anything about the Rinx frame however look at the new frame you just bought. I likely come apart the same way.
