Can the ARCA-SWISS plate / adapter be removed? Most of my equipment has the Manfrotto quick release PL200 Plates. Can I keep the ball and just swap the adapter out?

Any of the 3T35 series will do the job. the base model you are looking at has over an 8lb capacity. You will see that all Sirui table top tripods are very solid.

Hi folks, I would like to use this to mount a Zhiyun Crane gimbal onto. Together with a camera its about 5 lbs. Can you tell me if this monopod feels strong and stable enough for this type of setup? I appreciate your response.
HelloNo this is not going to be strong enough. I would suggest getting something tested for at least 15lbs for your planned use

I use it with my 6d MarkII with a Sigma 24 -105mm Art lens and also with my Sigma 150 to 600mm telephoto lens. I use to use it with my 1D Mark II.
