The 1.3 lb monopod is constructed with a 10-layer carbon fiber weave and designed to hold up to 44.1 lb. Featuring a comfortable foam grip and wrist strap for a secure grip, this monopod is capable of supporting cameras with large telephoto lenses. The rubber foot prevents it from sliding on smooth surfaces and is removable so you can replace it with a separately available steel claw, spike, or other accessory to get the best traction on any given terrain. When not in use, turn the ergonomic twist locks to collapse the support to 21.5" for easy transport and storage. The threaded mounting stud on the top of the monopod features a reversible 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 screw, making it universal for most cameras and lenses.

I’ve been using much more expensive tripods and monopods for most of my life, but Leofoto is up with the best of them! Super lightweight, very rigid, and the twist locking mechanism works perfectly. Highly recommend!

The case that comes with the Leofoto MP-364C 4-Section Carbon Fiber Monopod is only for the monopod alone. There is no extra space for a head.

Does this monpod come with a spiked foot? The description suggests that it does but someone I spoke to said that is a mistake and it does not.
It does not come with a spike. The rubber foot prevents sliding on smooth surfaces, but is also removable and can be replaced with a steel claw, a spike, or another separately available accessory to facilitate the best traction for a given terrain.
