Perfect solution for older 3.5 SATA HDD's
Having recently been gifted several TB plus capacity 3.5in SATA HDD's I needed a way to incorporate these TB plus storage drives into my home network. This Sabrent USB Type-B Dual Bay SATA Docking Station makes accessing and entering data with unmounted internal HHD’s to use for archival storage very easy with its ease to swap out drives to read/write for multiple backups. Now I have a very easy work flow, with minimal effort, to routinely make backups to my digital photographs, videos, and digital music collection is very easy with this device. I also tested the disk cloning feature and I can report that function works flawless as well, although that needs to run overnight, but to be expected as that is a PC-less operation. I highly recommend this product if you have a bunch of older 3.5 HDD’s and would still like to make use of them.
