Would this lens be good for low light concert photography?
This lens would show the performers too far away. I would get the Nikon Z 85mm f/1.8 S instead to get closer shots of the performers. If you want the whole stage, 28mm is fine but the people will be small unless you're really close. Nikon has a Nikon Z 135mm f/unknown S on their roadmap which could also be good for closeup shots, but no release date yet.

On a full frame camera it is a little wide. So, if that is the type of scene you want to video it is good.
