SmallRig 2903B Overview

Mount any 5 or 7" monitor with a 1/4"-20 mounting thread on your camera with this Swivel and Tilt Adjustable Monitor Mount with ARRI-Style Mount from SmallRig. This adjustable mount easily attaches to your camera rig using an ARRI-style mount with locating pins. It swivels 360°, tilts 180°, and is lockable in any position to establish the best possible viewing angle.

This sturdy and durable mount is constructed from aluminum alloy and stainless steel and includes two Allen wrenches for adjusting tilt angles and tightening in place.

Punished For Making It Sturdy

Mounted It To The Camera Cage, And After Having Tightened It, It Was Wobbly And Was Going To Drive Me Nuts. So I Used An Allan Wrench To Secure It To The Cage, And Now I Can't Get It Off. The Hole Is Stripped, And Because Of The Walls Around The Screw, I Can't Even Loosen It With Pliers.

is there a version of this that comes with a 3/8 screw instead of a 1/4-20?

No, the top screw would only be 1/4-20 on the SmallRig Swivel and Tilt Adjustable Monitor Mount with ARRI-Style Mount. But, you could add a 3/8-16 bushing to allow the mount to work with 3/8" sizes. SHAPE 3/8"-16 to 1/4"-20 Reducer Bushing BH #SHREDUCER14

The squishy / bouncy pin on top, is that going to lock in place on a SmallHD locating pin hole?

No, the pin does not line up on my SmallHD 702 Touch monitor. The pin is too far away from the 1/4"-20 thread on top. The botton has a standard ARRI 3/8" mount though.

I just notice If I use it on smallrig handle (NATO 1955) i'm not able to incline the monitor down !!? I tried to find another soution but both the handle and the cage has no any other "ARRI-Style" Mount + I can't remove the ARRI pins ! any suggestions ?

If you are placing the monitor mount on the front end of the handle SM1955, you should be able to use the 180 degrees swivel to incline up or down.

The underside of the base of the SmallRig Swivel and Tilt Adjustable Monitor Mount with ARRI-Style Mount (B&H #SM2903B) features a female 1/4"-20 thread that may be used to mount it on many products with a 1/4"-20 male thread.
