is there a version of this that comes with a 3/8 screw instead of a 1/4-20?
No, the top screw would only be 1/4-20 on the SmallRig Swivel and Tilt Adjustable Monitor Mount with ARRI-Style Mount. But, you could add a 3/8-16 bushing to allow the mount to work with 3/8" sizes.

The squishy / bouncy pin on top, is that going to lock in place on a SmallHD locating pin hole?
No, the pin does not line up on my SmallHD 702 Touch monitor. The pin is too far away from the 1/4"-20 thread on top. The botton has a standard ARRI 3/8" mount though.

I just notice If I use it on smallrig handle (NATO 1955) i'm not able to incline the monitor down !!?
I tried to find another soution but both the handle and the cage has no any other "ARRI-Style" Mount + I can't remove the ARRI pins ! any suggestions ?
If you are placing the monitor mount on the front end of the handle SM1955, you should be able to use the 180 degrees swivel to incline up or down.
