Power2000 BLX-1 Overview

The Power 2000 BLX-1 LCD Charger comes with a pair of BLX-1 replacement batteries and has dedicated plates with simultaneous charging for both batteries. It features an LCD panel to clearly see all the information you need at a glance. Charger features an integrated circuit that provides protection to prevent batteries from overheating or overcharging. It also includes a car lighter adapter cable for the charger and a USB Type-A port for charging mobile devices, which you can use on the road. Supports worldwide 100-240 VAC power input and 12-24 VDC input.

    Fits OM1 well and registers as 100% full. Initially seems to power as many shots as the original and is significantly less expensive but will need a couple of years to see if it matches the longevity of the original BLX-1

    Thanks for the word of caution. I have several spare batteries including the Power2000. Keeping the batteries charged is much more convenient using the BCX-1 charger.
