The V-mount on the SmallHD Cine 7 Monitor with Bolt 6 Monitor Module 750 RX Kit (V-Mount) is designed for 14V V-mount batteries only. You could try a Sony NPF to V-mount converter though. See below:

just want to ask is the cine 7 stale has 70% brightness limit when it is attached to the teradek rx monitor module?
The SmallHD Cine 7 Monitor with Bolt 6 Monitor Module 750 RX Kit (V-Mount) is limited to 75% brightness. This is a design feature that prevents overheating of the monitor due to the increase in heat from the monitor module.
