Godox TR-C3 Reviews
Never going back to wired remotes
I've had wired timer remotes for years and many met their end by getting wet, the cord breaking, or the screen fading. This solves a lot of those issues. The receiver is small, it fits in a hot shoe or can be attached to a 1/4-20 screw, and the cord can be changed so I can use it with either of my cameras. Also, since the cord isn't attached, it makes it much easier to pack away into a gadget bag. Two minor issues I've found: 1) like all Godox remotes, it they don't like rechargeable batteries and show them as being low/dead even when they are fully charged. 2) The receiver will change channel sometimes when the batteries are removed/replaced. It's not a huge issue but mine kept switching to channel 10.
