dead on arrival - super thin sync port

The device has all the room for a more robust, thicker connection. Instead the sync cable is 2.5mm with a plastic hollow center. The cable is broken on arrival and probably will break from the smallest impact. I know godox always have a good value for what they charge but this one is an absolute trash.

I needed something to automate my exposures for the 2024 April 8th total solar eclipse. I was having trouble finding an intervalometer that worked with my 10 year old Sony DSLR. Luckily, B&H had this wireless intervalometer that works perfectly with my camera. It doesn’t take long to figure out how to properly program for exposure timing. This product has been a great addition to my camera kit.
