The shutter release worked great with my Canon Mark IV, just needed the extra cable that comes outside the main box. The plug in is in the front of the camera to connect the shoe receiver. All I had to do after that was pretty much to put the batteries in and change some camera settings! Which they have a guide with the equipment.

Is this remote control compatible with the OM System OM-1 (mark 1) and the Olympus OMD E-M1 (mark 1)?
But apparently not for the OM1 Mark II? Can you confirm?
