I have the SmallRig 4183B which has the NATO ...
I have the SmallRig 4183B which has the NATO rail. However, when I connect this handl and it snaps to the rail, the silver lever doesn't doesn't go all the way up. I'll goes maybe 3/4 of the way and seems to be stuck there. So, the connection isn't good and the handle just slips off. What am I doing wrong?
When attaching the SmallRig Snap-On Quick-Lock NATO Side Handle to the SmallRig 4183B Camera Cage there is resistance built into the NATO clamp to not go all the way up but when it locks it goes all the way down locking into place, as this is the natural design of the product. It sounds like you are using it incorrectly.
