The 5.9" QR-59 Long Lens Quick Release Plate from Oben is designed to securely mount large lenses with tripod collars and camera systems. This sturdy aluminum plate is compatible with most Arca-type heads and gimbals. The single 4.5" slot allows for spacing the mounting screws to exactly match individual lens collars. One 3/8"-16 and two 1/4"-20 camera mounting screws are included and they can be easily removed and configured to match any lens foot. A rubber safety stopper prevents them from falling out.

As long as you have the correct head for the tripod to lock onto the teeth of the Oben QR-59 Long Lens Quick Release Plate you will be absolutely fine. As far as if the lens compatibility, you will have no issues.

The Oben QR-53 Long Lens Quick Release Plate (5.3") does work but not very well with the Canon RF 200-800mm f/6.3-9 IS USM Lens (Canon RF). Best for that lens is to use either one of these, B&H # WIAP606 or B&H # LECF06, https://bhpho.to/3Gn9Pq0.
