Yes, you can use the DJI Mic 2 Transmitter while charging it via USB-C. Note that the DJI Mic 2 Transmitter is only included with the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 Creator Combo, B&H # DJOP3CC.

Only the DJI Mic 2 Transmitter is compatible with a direct wireless connection to the DJI Osmo Pocket 3, but you can use the previous generation DJI Mic with the receiver plugged in to the camera.
