Is the X3 compatible w/ the Godox iM30 flash in any way?

No, the Godox iM30 is a completely manual flash; the only way to set up wireless would be to sync it to a receiver using the 2.5mm sync port or via hotshoe. The Godox XR TTL Wireless Receiver for Canon & Nikon is a viable option as well.

The Godox X3 F Touchscreen TTL Wireless Flash Trigger for FUJIFILM (B&H# GOXNANOF) (and indeed all versions of the Godox X3 trigger) may be updated to the latest firmware to enable the feature of showing and allowing the user to select a color indicator underneath each group's letter or number.
