The U34 Bolt is also compatible with Thunderbolt 5, Thunderbolt 4, Thunderbolt 3, USB 3.2 Gen 2x2, USB 3.2 Gen 2, and USB 3.2 Gen 1 hosts, and is able to resist shock, vibration, and dust, thanks to its MIL-STD-810F rating. Also featured is a self-cooling aluminum core, bus power, and a Total Bytes Written (TBW) rating of 3000TB. This SSD is driven by the ASMedia ASM2464PD controller, which has USB-IF and Thunderbolt 4 certification.

I was very surprised with the processing speed of this product. it took me 27 hours to transfer my photo library. I purchased a second Thunderbolt 4 for back up. an in less than an hour the whole file was transferred. too far I am very impressed with this external Ssd performance .

The Oyen Thunderbolt 4 external SSD, is just what the docto ordered for etra laptop storage. Paired with a TB4 laptop, the copy speed is outstanding. It's a must add for your workflow.

Can this drive be used to move files between a MacBook Pro MacOS, iPadOS and a Windows 11 PC?

The Oyen Digital 4TB U34 Bolt USB4/Thunderbolt 4 External SSD, BH #OYU344TBK, can be used for both a Windows and a Mac OS. However, as this SSD drive comes preformatted for a Mac, you will first need to format it for the ExFAT file system to be able to use it for both a Windows and Mac.
